  • Challenge Coordinator

    Challenge Coordinators are the face of UQuest and they run the show.  Challenge Coordinators run the Challenge Zones which are the physical obstacles of UQuest.  The Challenge Zones are very diverse in nature.  Individuals that can direct people with energy and creativity are desired.  Think of yourself as a Reality TV Show Host, now run with it.  Filling out this form is a request to receive specific details including compensation (including travel), training, and responsibilities. 

    COMPENSATION:  PAID POSITION

  • UQuest Photographer

    Perhaps the best position at UQuest is our photographers.  On foot, by car, by bike… they cover the action and capture the whole event.  If you have an overpriced birthday camera and a new pair of shows, you are in the right place.  Grab your extra SD cards and sign up today. 

    UQuest Paid Photographers capture the unscripted, dynamic action in a manner so that we can experience the race for years to come.  Photo editing, video capturing, mobility, artistic flair, or just the determination to take hundreds of photos for 3 hours are some of the requirements.

    COMPENSATION:  PAID POSITIONS / VOLUNTEER POSITIONS.

  • UQuest Development Team

    The UQuest Development Team designs, plans, executes, and manages the adventure race. 

    Virtual Assistants – Marketing – Sales – Creative Problem Solving – Innovators – Customer Service

  • Set Up / Break Down Team

    The UQuest Set Up / Break Down Team is responsible for setting up the entire Arena in less than 2 hours.  After the race the break down team tears everything down in less than two hours.  During the race the teams assist with any modifications that are needed.  Because of the nature of our course set up and break down, we need people who are very timely.

    COMPENSATION:  PAID POSITIONS / VOLUNTEER POSITIONS

  • General Employment Terms

    Most of our hired positions are independent contractors retained for a specific time period or a specific race.  All positions may require a resume, statement of experience, references, past work portfolio, pictures, or other information.  UQuest offers a very personal, strong customer experience for our participants.  We are looking for individuals with the professionalism to continue that experience.
